Pam is the Office Manager of Lakeshore Business Interiors. Prior to joining the team in 2022, she worked as a Personal Banker at Investors Community Bank, receiving ABA training through the WBA.
Pam is a hometown girl, graduating from Two Rivers Washington Highschool. She later became certified in Dietary Management at NWTC and enjoyed a fantastic career as a Chef & Food Service Lead for Aurora Medical Center before getting into the banking industry.
Outside of work, she enjoys living and loving the life of being a Grammy.
Q: What is your favorite part about your job?
A: I love how every department works in collaboration. Each employee is an integral part of our success. As we begin with a conceptual design idea; then seeing the transformation of each project after installation… Each department has a role, and my tasks are receiving, recording, and processing the data and details for each project. Our team works together as we gather in weekly team meetings to ensure communication and efficiencies are in place. When we succeed together, we grow together and celebrate a win/win for both our customers and LBI. How can I not love that?
